Can Bollywood overtake Hollywood?

Can Bollywood overtake Hollywood?

My friend asked me the question. When I asked in what..., so far there is no reply.

I think Bollywood will remain Bollywood and Hollywood will take the finer aspects of Bollywood and more Hollywood movies would be shot in India studios and sets hereafter to cut cost.
